With a dynamic blend of Norwegian and Argentinean heritage and an educational background in business, including a Swiss MBA, I am a seasoned entrepreneur with a unique cultural and business perspective. My entrepreneurial journey began with HotJoint, a venture I started in June 2014, which paved the way for numerous successful investments and business ventures.
Currently, I serve as the CEO of Eicam, where I have been at the helm of multiple property development projects in Malaga, Spain, since April 2020. I also founded and lead Play Restaurant & Events, a premier events venue in Mijas launched in June 2020, celebrated for its stunning sea views, exceptional service, and fine gastronomy.
In June 2022, I founded LEV, a groundbreaking social media platform designed to enhance community interaction through shared interests and real-time engagement, reflecting my commitment to integrating innovative tech solutions in community building.
Additionally, I co-founded HJ Linen and Design in June 2014, growing it into one of London’s leading providers of bespoke textiles for the hospitality industry, a position I maintained until January 2023. My earlier roles include being Managing Partner at GAUCHO and overseeing operations at the Michelin-starred Sketch in London. These experiences have sharpened my ability to manage high-volume, critical environments, ensuring operational excellence and value creation for stakeholders.
With each enterprise, I leverage over a decade of hospitality expertise, a keen insight into real estate, and a zest for tech innovation to create distinctive offerings and substantial value in every market I engage with. Play Gastronomic. Is an event space based in Mijas, Malaga. ‘Play’ has great views and a versatile space, consisting of 400m2 of terrace and 321m2 of interior space, great for any event!

HJ Linen is the contract laundry business that Eivin was a co-founder and managing director for 5 years. With his experiences and knowledge of the industry he and partners set about making a business which disrupted the sector, by making a better offer than the traditional businesses occupying that space.

Now closed, Corazon was a Mexican restaurant based in Soho, tucked just behind Oxford Street. Offering an inventive and flavourful Mexican-inspired menu available at lunch, dinner and weekend founded Laura Sheffield and Chef Paul Daniel. Corazon sat its core, Mexican cuisine’s ability to make us happy – a spirit of feeling good about both what’s on our plate, in our glass, and beyond.
